Dearest Rockstars,

Your support and connection mean the absolute world to me. Each and every order is handled by yours truly. Each book, each framed poem, signed, packaged, and shipped by me, with love. I'm a team of one (for now) and I strive to make sure your purchase is handled quickly, carefully, and accurately.

Due to the personalizing and customization of signed books and poems, items purchased through the website are not eligible for refunds. However, items unfortunately lost or damaged during shipment can be replaced, free of charge.
For custom poem orders, the framed work will need to be returned prior to rewriting and reshipping a new poem, within 14 days of receipt. The address to return items deemed unsatisfactory is listed on your order, or can be emailed upon request. 
In the event the wrong poem or book was ordered mistakenly, a replacement can be shipped, so long as the original is returned within 14 days of ordering.

For customers' whose orders are returned, for any reason, you'll be notified via email and required to pay the costs associated to reship your item(s). 

Typed and signed poems being shipped outside of the U.S. do not include a frame and is reflected in a discounted shipping price. However, frames are available for purchase on international orders, at an additional costs for the frame and shipping. Please email for rates and info.

PRE-ORDERS of new books are listed roughly 90 days before the book being published and shipments begin going out. Delays aren't unusual during the editing and printing stages. Please reach out via email if you've yet to receive your pre-ordered book, it's been longer than 90 days, or you're mailing address has changed, and we'll look into it right away.

Ultimately, I would not be able to do the thing I love most every day - CREATE - without your support. 99.9% of orders arrive safe and sound, within a week or two of being placed, depending on the product. But mistakes happen, mail gets lost and stolen, or I simply drop the ball. Your patience and understanding, when something goes arry, never goes unnoticed. I'll do everything in my power to right any wrongs, should you be dissatisfied with your order. If you're order was lost or never arrived, please emial me ASAP and I'll try locating it for you, or send out a replacement right away, if necessary.
